Our Returns Policy

We want you and your dog to love every Black Reef product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original, unused condition with original packaging. Simply contact us to initiate a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, grooming tools and pet beds that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
