How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping to Australian addresses takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75 AUD. Orders under $75 have a flat $7.95 shipping fee.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Use the Track Order link in the navigation, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

What sizes are available for harnesses?

Most of our harnesses are available in S, M, L and XL. Each product page includes a sizing guide with chest and neck measurements to help you find the right fit.

Are the harnesses suitable for dogs that pull?

Yes. Our tactical and adventure harnesses are designed with no-pull front clip attachment points and reinforced stitching for dogs that work hard on the trail.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Returns page for full details.
